The management of Colourful Manor is committed to the sustainable development of the area in a way that has the least possible impact on the natural environment.

• The private dam on the property is aimed to maintain and increase the existing ecological life. A conservancy tank will be built to reduce black and grey water.
• A solar power system has been installed to reduce electrical usage.
• Waste from the kitchen is turned into compost and used in the organic vegetable garden.
